When help is needed, simply press the button on your pendant or wristband transmitter. Once the button has been activated, your Alert 911 NOW panel will notify the monitoring center.
A friendly and experienced member of our response team will be able to communicate with you through the two-way voice system in your Alert 911 NOW panel and assist you immediately during your time of need.
If for any reason, you are unable to speak to our operator, he or she will immediately take all appropriate measures to ensure your safety. Any emergency contacts that have been provided will be contacted as well as the appropriate authorities in your area (i.e. paramedic etc.).
